Costs & Delivery Times.

I have tried to make delivery as easy and as economical as possible - please see the available options below:

  1. To keep costs down you are invited to collect your item directly from Hampshire (SO20). You can select this option at checkout and I will then be in touch to liaise with you about collection.

  2. Small Items: Will be sent via post please allow approx 7 working days. I will be in touch if there is any delay. Flat fee of £15.00 postage and packaging.

  3. Bulky Items: I can arrange delivery for you, and will contact you post purchase to arrange delivery to your chosen address, allow 2 weeks for delivery. Please be aware that the cost will be based on your location and the size of your item. Select select “bulky item/collection” at checkout.

  4. I would also be happy to liaise with your courier if you would prefer to arrange collection from your end.

Please note I am not a large retailer so please be patient and the more flexible you are with timings the cheaper/easier it will be to arrange! 

International delivery

This will be available - each quote will be on an ad hoc basis determined by the size of your item and your location.

Packaging.

I will be using recycled boxes and protective packaging in my bid to reduce waste . But please be assured that the item will be wrapped beautifully in tissue paper inside the box!

Multiple Items

If you buy more than one item I will do what I can to combine postage/courier costs. Please select “Customer to Collect” and I will be in touch with a combined shipping price. It may be that if items are fragile they will have to be packed separately and charged for each box. Please note that no goods will be dispatched until delivery charges are paid in full.

Damaged Deliveries.

Items will be wrapped sufficiently to protect them on their journey, however we do rely on the courier company to look after the package and sometimes accidents occur. Please contact me immediately upon receipt of your parcel if there is damage - I am unable to issue refunds if not contacted within the same day that the item is received. It is vital to take photographs of the damaged packaging so I am able to take the issue up with the courier company. I also photograph everything before it leaves here to prove that fragile items are packed sufficiently. Alternatively you can refuse to sign for the delivery if you are not satisfied with the condition it arrives in.
